Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. If you sign up for any of our subscriptions or add-on services, additional terms may apply. We aim to make these terms clear and straightforward. If you have any questions, our support team is here to help.
Part A – Terms and Conditions of Subscription
- Definitions
Service: Subscription-based website services provided by Ovvr LTD.
Subscriber: Any individual or business entity that subscribes to our services.
- Subscription Plans
Foundational Package
- 3 page Website created using a predefined template, customised to your brands styling such as use of logo (logo must be provided by the client), Brand colours and typography (Typography must be a Google Font unless otherwise provided by the client.)
- Hosting & Domain management.
- 1 Professional Email addresses and 5GB Storage.
- Basic Support.
- Monthly Check-in.
Transformative Package
- 6 page Website created using a predefined template, customised to your brands styling such as use of logo (logo must be provided by the client), Brand colours and typography (Typography must be a Google Font unless otherwise provided by the client.)
- Hosting & Domain management.
- 2 Professional Email addresses and 15GB Storage.
- Basic Support.
- Monthly Check-in.
- Booking System Integration.
- Edits & Updates.
- Enhanced Support.
- Analytics Snapshot.
Ultimate Package
- Unlimited Pages
- Online Store Integration.

SEO Optimization Package
Ongoing support levels and upgrades.
- Subscription Period
– All subscriptions require a minimum commitment of 12 months.
– Subscribers do not own their websites until the completion of the initial 12-month period.
– Early termination will result in the website being taken offline, and any associated domain names or email accounts will no longer be available unless purchased separately.
12-Month Commitment: Customers must sign up for a 12-month subscription. Cancellation before the end of this period will result in your website being taken offline. If you;d like to purchase your website, to be hosted and managed elsewhere, we will charge you for the remaining initial period.
- Design Fee
A non-refundable design fee is required upon sign-up. This fee covers the personalisation of the client website but does not include content writing or image sourcing.
- Ownership and Transfer of Website
Website: Upon completing the initial 12-month term, subscribers may request to transfer their website to another hosting provider. A transfer fee may apply.
Domain name: Every member gets a .co.uk or a .com domain name included in their memberships, depending on the subscription level. The licence to use the chosen domain name will be for as long as your membership with us exists. If you decide you’d like to cancel your subscription with Ovvr LTD, the domain name will no longer be available for you to use unless you purchase it from us. The purchase of this domain name will be a maximum of £20.
Third-Party Subscriptions and Plugins
Clients are responsible for signing up for, managing, and paying for any third-party subscriptions and/or plugins required for their website. This includes, but is not limited to, booking systems, payment gateways, and similar software. These third-party services are not included within Ovvr’s subscription.
Ovvr will do our utmost to integrate the client’s chosen software to enhance the website’s functionalities. However, in the rare case that integration takes longer than two hours to complete, we will need to bill separately for the additional time required. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all necessary third-party services are properly maintained and funded.
- Changes to Subscription
– Subscribers may upgrade their subscription plan at any time.
– Downgrades are permitted after the initial 12-month period.
- Payment and Fees
Subscription fees are due monthly via direct debit. Fees must be paid on the 1st of each month and cover that month.
Subscribers must provide written notice at least one full calendar month before cancelling their subscription.
- Cancellation and Refunds
Subscribers can cancel their subscription by providing written notice. The subscription will end at the end of the month in which notice is received, subject to the minimum 12-month commitment.
If a subscriber cancels within the initial 12-month period, no refund will be provided, and all services will be terminated.
If Ovvr LTD are hosting and storing professional email accounts for your business, you, these accounts will also no longer be active.
Part B – Rules and Regulations for Using Services
- Acceptable Use
Subscribers must use the services provided by Ovvr LTD in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Subscribers are prohibited from using the services for any illegal activities or in a manner that violates the rights of others.
- Support and Maintenance
Basic Support includes assistance with essential queries. Enhanced and Advanced Support provide faster resolution times and dedicated support specialists.
- Content and Intellectual Property
Subscribers retain ownership of the content they provide us. However, by using our services, subscribers grant Ovvr LTD a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display the content in connection with providing the services.
- Liability and Indemnity
Ovvr LTD is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Subscribers agree to indemnify and hold Ovvr LTD harmless from any claims arising out of their use of the services.
- Termination of Service
Ovvr LTD reserves the right to terminate any subscription without notice if a subscriber violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in any conduct that we deem harmful to our services or reputation.
Changes to the Acceptable Use Policy
We reserve the right to revise this policy at any time by amending this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for any updates, as they are legally binding.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
By subscribing to Ovvr LTD’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
