Communication Standards
Any data, information, or communication made on or using our services must adhere to appropriate and lawful standards of accuracy, decency, and lawfulness, as determined by us. You warrant and undertake that any data and communication shall:
– Be submitted lawfully and without infringing on any Intellectual Property Rights.
– Be free of viruses.
– Be factually accurate.
– Have all necessary consents of relevant third parties.
– Not be defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or offensive.
– Not promote violence, discrimination, illegal activities, or other harmful content.
Acceptable Use
During the subscription term, the customer:
– Must not upload data that infringes on intellectual property rights or violates privacy laws.
– Must not engage in unethical, deceptive, or misleading practices.
– Must implement and maintain reasonable security precautions.
Third-Party Subscriptions and Plugins
Clients are responsible for signing up for, managing, and paying for any third-party subscriptions and/or plugins required for their website. This includes, but is not limited to, booking systems, payment gateways, and similar software. These third-party services are not included within Ovvr’s subscription.
Ovvr will do our utmost to integrate the client’s chosen software to enhance the website’s functionalities. However, in the rare case that integration takes longer than two hours to complete, we will need to bill separately for the additional time required. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all necessary third-party services are properly maintained and funded.
Use Restrictions
Customer and its users will not:
– Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on the services.
– Sell, transfer, or make the services available to third parties.
– Reverse engineer or decompile any portion of the services.
– Engage in conduct likely to disrupt the integrity or performance of the services.
– Upload, transmit, or store sensitive data through the services.
Changes to the Acceptable Use Policy
