Cooling Off Period
1. 14-Day Cooling Off Period:
Upon subscribing, customers have a 14-day cooling-off period during which they can cancel their subscription and receive a full refund of the the 1st months subscription fee. This period begins from the date of purchase.
Subscription Term and Obligations
2. Initial Subscription Term:
After the 14-day cooling-off period, customers are obligated to pay the monthly fee for the initial term of one year from the date of purchase.
Subscribers cannot cancel their subscription before the end of the initial 12-month period, except under special circumstances as outlined below.
Customisation and Refund Policy
3. Customisation Commencement:
Customers will not be eligible for a refund if customisation of their chosen template has begun. Customisation includes any work started by our design team to tailor the template to the customer’s specifications.
Special Circumstances for Early Termination
4. Special Circumstances for Early Termination:
If a customer’s business ceases trading, they may request early termination of their subscription.
In such cases, customers will be required to pay 60% of the remaining term’s fees to cancel their subscription.
Cancellation and Refund Process
5. Cancellation Process:
Subscribers can cancel their subscription by providing written notice to OVVR LTD.
The subscription will end at the end of the month in which the notice is received, subject to the minimum 12-month commitment.
If a subscriber cancels within the initial 12-month period, no refund will be provided, and all services will be terminated.
6. Impact on Hosted Services:
If OVVR LTD is hosting and storing professional email accounts for your business, these accounts will also be deactivated upon subscription termination.
Add-On Services
7. Cancellation of Add-On Services:
If a customer purchases an add-on service, they must cancel at least 12 hours before the commencement of work to receive a refund.
If cancellation is not made within this timeframe, no refund will be provided for the add-on service.
